Στις περιπτώσεις ατόμων με κινητικά προβλήματα, ηλικιωμένων κ.τ.λ. η πρόσβαση πιθανον να είναι πολύ δύσκολη καθώς προκειμένου να φτάσεις στα δωμάτια χρειάζεται να ανέβεις 50+ εξωτερικά σκαλιά.
